Creative Bioscience African Mango Review and Giveaway

Month 1

For the last month I have been reviewing African Mango 1200 Diet from Creative Bioscience.  I thought now would be a good time to update my progress since I finished my first bottle today!  When I started using the diet I was 190lbs....ugh, I hate to see that!  I am now down to 179!

Although that may not sound like much I rounds out to about 2.5 pounds per week of weight loss!  This is incredible for me since before I started the diet the scale was going up and not down but more because I do not go out to the gym to exercise and don't put in DVDs that would only frustrate me because I cannot keep up.  The only exercise I get is my daily routine of chasing a 2 year old going to the store to  coupon, and swimming in our above ground pool with the kids and my husband.  So as you can see, I definitely do NOT go out of my way to exercise.

The diet consists of taking to African Mango Extract pills in the morning and a 1200 calorie diet.  I know that when you see the part about the 1200 calorie diet you are mortified! Ha ha.  I can relate because I was the same way at first but the more I looked at what I could and couldn't eat I relaxed a little because it is more or less the amount of food we should be eating but somehow along the way American's portion sizes have gone to the wayside.

My diet overall has not changed much, just my portion sizes.  I even still eat my nightly bowl of ice cream....well yogurt.

Month 2 & 3
The last two months were pretty uneventful.  I didn't really lose any more weight but I didn't gain any back either.  I think this was mostly my own fault because after we took the pool down I wasn't swimming everyday and throwing a Frisbee in the backyard is just not the same.  I also was not watching what I ate as much.  I never really did but I at least tried.  I think this program would work wonders for someone who stuck with it better than I did!  When I was "on top of it" and doing everything right I lost 15 pounds!  My doctor even notice and commented on how much I lost.

Overall I would recommend The Bioscience African Mango Dietary Supplement

  1. OMYYYYYYYYYY I eat with my eyes first... I find it hard on a 1200 diet but I must check this out. Thanks

  2. I like to eat too and thought the 1200 calorie thing would be impossible for me but it isn't! I have learned that even though when I get up from a meal I still feel hungry iut isn't because I need to eat more it is because I need to let what I have eaten settle. This diet has not only helped me lose weight but has helped my entire family eat better and be more aware of our portion size!

  3. Would love to try the African Mango- as I am disabled and cannot do many exercises but could definitely afford to lose the weight. Thank you for the chance to win to try it. Very appreciated!!

  4. I have heard of African Mango and have wanted to try it for several years, but I can't handle the high costs of monthly clubs.

  5. My biggest roadblock is everything. I lack motivation to exercise and don't have the patience to count calories.

  6. I would really like to try the african mango 1200.. I am attempting to get healthier and really would like to burn up some fat..

  7. I have to say my biggest roadblock to weight loss is my lack of exercise. I just can't seem to get into a regular exercise routine never have been able to

  8. I would like to try the African Mango.

  9. Consistency is my biggest road block. I will eat well and exercise for a while then I fall off the wagon.

  10. Raspberry Ketone Weight supplement- after two babies and not being consistent, my metabolism has slowed down immensely

  11. My biggest road block is..TIME, I set myself up down in the basement to start working out at 5am to 7am but my daughter has night terrors and wakes me up all the time at night..when I FINALLY do manage to get some sleep to feel decently rested, she is ready for the day to start.
My husband is not supportive of me wanting to get back to pre baby or at least NEAR that weight. He doesn't watch her during the day to give me a break long enough to do it :(

  12. My biggest road block is MYSELF! I can eat healthier ... I can exercise, but I've noticed I have never put the 2 of these options TOGETHER!

  13. I would really like to try the hCG 1234 - I've tried a homeopathic hcg in the past and been happy with the results!

  14. African Mango is the sensational new diet which has just arrived in Australia from the USA.
It has been absolute revelation in the USA and is now set to change the face of weight loss in Australia.
This diet has been passed down from generation to generation in Africa
but now the cat is out of the bag! african mango

  15. They sent me this kit as well cant wait to see results ! just started today :-)
